What we collect
When you order we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, plus the products you order. If you send us a message, we collect what you write.
Why we collect it
To confirm and deliver your order, to verify your payment, to let you follow your order, and to reply to your questions.
Payments
UPI payments are made in your own UPI app and go straight to Green Heal’s bank account. This website never sees or stores your card, bank or UPI PIN details. If online payment is offered, it is handled in the payment provider’s own secure window.
Where it is stored
Order and message records are stored in a secured cloud database (Google Firebase, Mumbai region). Only Green Heal staff can read them. Your browser also keeps your cart, last delivery address and order links on your device so the site can prefill checkout and show your orders.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed to deliver your order (for example your address with a courier) or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing greenhealls@gmail.com. You can clear the data stored on your device by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
